Good to know

Two bedrooms each feature queen sized beds, one up a set of stairs, one on the ground floor adjacent to the full bathroom with a step in shower. Well lit for reading, each room has tables beside the bed and room for hanging and folding clothing and storing luggage. The comfy living room couch pulls out to accommodate two more sleepers on a queen sized pull out bed and a cot can be placed in the upstairs bedroom for up to seven guests. Prepare full meals in a well appointed kitchen or cook over a flame out on the propane grill. Enjoy your meals on the deck cafe table or around the dining room table with seating for six and a view of the Cascade River. Treat yourself to s’mores around a campfire or gather around a movie with some popcorn on a rainy night at the Cascade River Cabin. The three person wood fired hot tub next to the outdoor wood stove will provide an evening under the stars you will be talking about for years to come. Be prepared to stoke the fire early in the day to warm the tub for a night time dip. The large deck and yard provide plenty of room to run with your dog and to have a private campfire.

Other Details to Note

We have a wood-fired hot tub, so you must be up for an adventure to use it. It requires building and maintaining a fire inside a special box within the hot tub for several hours prior to use. The hot tub seats 3 people at a time. Because of the proximity to the fast and cold Cascade River, this property may not be suitable for children. Please use your best judgement. Guests must retrieve a key card from downtown Marblemount before accessing the property for the first time and return it at the end of their stay. At this time, the HOA of the Cascade River Community Club recommends boiling water before drinking. You may want to stop at the store and stock up before you get here.

Great place to stay near North Cascades National Park. Not a lot of options around, so great to have a place that was ours where we could stay with family. Having a place for 7 is so great. Clean, quiet, overlooking river that is amazing white noise - open the door and close the screen is the best. Food: Kitchen is a must up here given limited options. Grocery shop and bring food. Bridge is currently out to Marblemount, so 5 min drive is currently 30 min. Restaurants in Marblemount fill up quick, Mondos works and has more availability, great shake and burger after the hikes. Upper Grill (or similar) required reservations. Cell Service and Connectivity: download what you need when you are at the cabin, after you leave - not a lot of cell service. Some around Marblemount, but that is it Sarah: was great. Very responsive! Super helpful

We stayed at the cabin for a weekend to hike in North Cascades National Park! The cabin was beautiful and right by the river. I definitely recommend if you are planning on staying somewhere near Marblemount.
